The form directly results from the program of the building which is distributed in a way that it comprises a clear sequence of functions which intersect at certain parts thus making them active, functional and dynamic. Materialization of the form itself is like a membrane of different materials and degrees of transparency which makes the structure extrovert, public, accessible and overall urban.
